Once you subscribe, feel free to add in as many account management requests as you want to your queue. They'll be served up one by one, just the way you like it!
We get that your buyers might have a bunch of different things on their plate. No worries, though! We'll make sure to tackle and sort out each of these topics one by one, with a cap of up to x per day (depending on your membership level). We've got you covered!
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less (Standard and Pro member level). However, more complex requests can take longer.
Basic membership level will take longer time.
You might be surprised to hear this, but Salesroo is actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of Salesroo.
We recognize that you may not always have a full month's worth of account management tasks. It's entirely possible that you currently have just one or two requests. This is where the option to pause your subscription becomes beneficial.
Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. For instance, if you subscribe and actively use the service for 21 days, then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be temporarily halted. You'll have 10 days of service left, which can be utilized at your convenience in the future.
You may want to provide your company email box (either Google’s and Microsoft’s platform) for primary email contact points for your buyers.
Salesroo offers a ton of flexibility in how you request tasks using Trello. Some common ways clients request tasks is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or sheets, or even writing in the Trello card. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

Absolutely. Salesroo does not cover the tasks beyond scope of work.
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional account management needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
